Perched here, high on the greenstone ridge, in the Whistling Eagle Vineyard pruning is complete, the vines have been tied down and the ancient Cambrian soils have begun to warm once more.

The first tiny green shoots have appeared upon the dormant vines.  As the 2012 vintage begins its uncharted journey, it is time to reflect on the year gone by and announce the release of the 2009 vintage of Whistling Eagle wines.
